Intro:
Having a work station that allows you to stand up and maintain good posture could give you lots of benefits.  Medical researchers have found that people who stand at work tend to be much healthier than those who sit, and there’s a large online subculture of stand-up fanatics who swear that getting rid of your chair will change your life... even beyond physical health.

Conclusion:
Having the right workstation at the office or home can make a BIG difference if that's where you spend most of your working hours.  Posture is supremely important in the avoidance of headaches, neck pain, knotted shoulders and eye strain as it relates to desk-work.  And sitting isn't your body's most desired position because it causes fatigue and tightness.
